If your print arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. You also have your statutory right to cancel a print order within 14 days of delivery.
Digital downloads can't be returned once you've downloaded them, but if a file is faulty, get in touch and we'll put it right.
Colours
Neon shades are printed as the brightest colours standard printing allows. They are not fluorescent ink, and may look slightly different on screen and on paper.
