About us

onesplashprints.com is run by OneSplashPrints, Flat 1A Albany Court, Spingrove, London W4 3BF, United Kingdom. Email: onesplashprints@gmail.com. These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them before you buy.

Your order

When you place an order we send you an email to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because of a pricing mistake, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Our prints

Every print is made to order for you by our professional printing partner. Each design is shown on screen as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. The neon colours are the brightest standard printing inks, not fluorescent or glow-in-the-dark inks. Room photos on our website are styled to show the design and are not to scale; the actual sizes are A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) and A2 (42 x 59.4 cm).

Framed prints

Framed prints come in a 20 mm wooden frame in black, white or natural oak, with a clear acrylic front and fittings for hanging.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping policy. The item becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to you.

Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel an order for a physical print within 14 days of delivery. How to cancel, how returns work and what happens with faulty items are explained in our Return and refund policy.

Digital downloads

When you buy a download you get a licence for personal, non-commercial use. You can print the files for your own home or as a gift. You may not sell, share, upload or distribute the files or prints made from them, or use them in products for sale. Downloads are supplied straight away, and by buying one you agree that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started.

Our designs

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to OneSplashPrints. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. The quotations themselves are attributed to their original authors.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption. If this happens we will tell you and do what we can to reduce the delay.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
